Constant Contact Basics
Constant Contact is a marketing, automation, and email platform. Connect Bloomerang CRM and Constant Contact accounts to:

Before You Begin
Before you connect Bloomerang CRM to Constant Contact, you must:
Have an existing Constant Contact account.
Add constituents to a Bloomerang group. In the group, include all constituents that you plan to sync to Constant Contact. When you connect Constant Contact and Bloomerang CRM, you select this group.
Important: To avoid duplicate accounts in Bloomerang CRM, double-check that the group includes all Bloomerang CRM constituents who are also part of the Constant Contact list. During a sync, Bloomerang CRM compares the Constant Contact list with the Bloomerang group. Bloomerang CRM creates a new constituent for anyone in the Constant Contact list who isn't in your Bloomerang group, which can result in duplicates. Information passes between Constant Contact and Bloomerang CRM about once an hour, so it might take some time before an email activity shows on a constituent's timeline in Bloomerang CRM or for a group member to show up in your Constant Contact list.
Connect Constant Contact and Bloomerang CRM
Step 1: Set Up Constant Contact in the Bloomerang CRM Web App
Open the Bloomerang CRM web app.
Click Settings.
Click Integrations.
Click Integrated Partners.
Click Settings.
In the Email section, open the menu and select Constant Contact.
Select Save.
When prompted to save your changes, select Save.
Select Go to Constant Contact.
Select Connect to Constant Contact.
This takes you to the Constant Contact login screen.
Step 2: Complete Setup in Constant Contact
On the Constant Contact login screen, sign into your Constant Contact account.
Once you are signed in, you are prompted to allow Bloomerang CRM to access your Constant Contact account and perform actions. Select Allow Access to approve.
In the Bloomerang CRM web app, select Next.
Step 3: Sync Bloomerang CRM Constituents with Constant Contact Lists
Choose the Bloomerang group you'd like to sync with Constant Contact.
Choose the Constant Contact list you'd like the Group members to sync to.
Select Save to complete setup. Bloomerang CRM and Constant Contact are now set up to sync information.
Select Go to Constant Contact to verify your setup.
Step 4: Verify Your Setup
In Constant Contact, go to Contacts, then click All Contacts, then Lists.
Select the list you chose to sync with your Bloomerang Group.
Review the list of contacts to verify your Bloomerang group members appear.
Once you've connected Bloomerang CRM and Constant Contact, you can send emails from Constant Contact to your constituents and when they interact with your emails sent through the synched Constant Contact list, those interactions will appear on the constituent's timeline in Bloomerang CRM.
