Bloomerang offers the Stripe M2 reader for use with the Bloomerang Fundraising app. Card readers are optional, because you can also enter credit card numbers manually in the app or through the virtual terminal.
Is this the right reader for you?
The Stripe M2 reader works only if you process transactions through Bloomerang Payments. To check, look for a Payments option in the left-side navigation of your account. If you see Batches and Settlements under Reporting instead, read About WorldPay Card Readers to find the right reader. Not sure which applies to you? Contact Support, and we'll confirm your processor.

Note: The Stripe M2 reader doesn't work with laptops.

You use Bloomerang Payments.
Requirements
To connect the Stripe M2 reader to your mobile device, you must have:
iOS 13 or later
Android 9.0 or later
The Bloomerang Fundraising app is designed for use with Bloomerang Fundraising donation forms, standard events, peer-to-peer, and auctions.
Updating Stripe M2 Readers
Stripe M2 readers do not need to be configured, and update automatically through Stripe every 6–12 months.

To order a Stripe M2 reader for the Bloomerang Fundraising app, email Bloomerang Fundraising Support with the following details:

Shipping address (no PO boxes)

Bloomerang Fundraising Support will confirm and process your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return a Card Reader
Here's what to know about returning a Stripe Reader:
Card readers are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and unused.
Opened or used readers are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective by our team.
A restocking fee of $10 will apply to all non-defective returns.
To initiate a return, contact our support team. Returns must be approved prior to shipping the item back.
Exchange a Card Reader
Exchanges are only offered in the following cases:
The device is confirmed faulty or defective within 30 days of delivery
There was an order or fulfillment error on our part (for example, the incorrect model shipped)
Clients are responsible for return shipping unless the return or exchange is due to a defect or error on our end.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
