Send Password Set or Reset Requests in Bloomerang Volunteer

Help volunteers access their accounts by sending a password reset email in Bloomerang Volunteer

When a user needs help signing in to their account, you can email them a link to reset their password or create one for the first time. Send password reset links to volunteers with claimed accounts, and password creation links to volunteers with unclaimed accounts.

You can send password reset emails from the People section of your organization’s main navigation menu or from the People section inside an opportunity.

Important: To make sure your volunteers know they can trust your password reset messages and the links inside them, contact your volunteers in advance letting them know to expect the reset email.

You can send reset links individually, or through a Bulk Action. Learn more about sending password links in bulk.
