Payment receipt emails are sent from Bloomerang CRM. All other emails are sent from Kindful Fundraising.
You can also configure your forms to send an email notification to staff at your organization any time a donor submits a form. This option is configured in each form’s settings.
Online Payment Confirmation Receipts
Donors receive an online payment confirmation receipt if you turn on Automatic Receipting in Bloomerang CRM. Bloomerang CRM sends this receipt when donors make a donation on a Kindful Fundraising page or make a scheduled payment for a recurring donation. Bloomerang sends this receipt even if you select Disable Transaction Success Emails in the settings for individual donation pages in Kindful Fundraising.
In Bloomerang CRM, you can select which email to send for online payment confirmation receipts: the Bloomerang CRM default email or a custom email that you create. Bloomerang uses the receipt you select for both Bloomerang and Kindful Fundraising donations. Bloomerang does not use the Email Message Used for Transaction Receipts or Reply To Email settings in Kindful Fundraising.
Important: If Automatic Receipting is off in Bloomerang CRM, donors do not receive payment receipts for Kindful Fundraising donations.
Donor Portal Account Confirmation
After donors create a donor portal account, they receive an account creation confirmation email from Kindful.
Invitation to Create a Crowdfunding Team
When someone is invited to create a team for a Crowdfunding page, they receive an email from Kindful Fundraising. The image is determined by your banner image in the Crowdfunding cause, and the invitation message can be customized in the crowdfunding settings.
Invitation to Support a Crowdfunding Page
Crowdfunding team leaders can invite others to support their team, and they receive an email like this from Kindful Fundraising:
Event Registration Confirmation
Supporters who register for your event receive an event registration email from Kindful Fundraising.
