Can I filter by Shift State?

Managers can filter by Shift State within the Schedule tab. Managers can filter by Shift State on all views of the Schedule in both lists and calendar views.

This allows for Managers to only see the Draft Shifts while they are building/editing the Schedule, and only see Published Shifts when they are managing the Schedule gaps.
