To confirm an individual volunteer’s preferred language:
If you are in more than one organization, make sure you are in the right one.
Do one of the following:
To open a volunteer’s organization profile, click People from the side menu, and then click Volunteers.
To open a volunteer’s opportunity profile:
Click Opportunities.
Select an opportunity, or use the search box to find and select an opportunity.
In the opportunity menu, click People, and then click Volunteers.
Select a volunteer’s name to open their profile.
In the navigation menu of the volunteer profile, click Profile Details.
View the volunteer’s preferred language in the Profile Information section.
