Filter volunteer lists by preferred language to view all volunteers with that preferred language.
Filter Volunteer Lists for Your Organization
To filter an organization’s volunteer list by preferred language:
If you are in more than one organization, make sure you are in the right one.
From the navigation menu, click People, and then click Volunteers.
On the Volunteers page, click Show Filters
.Click General Organization Filters.
Click Preferred Language.
Select Preferred language is or Preferred language is not to include or exclude a language from the volunteer list. You can select individual, multiple, or all languages.
Click Filter.
(Optional) Click Yes to show the Preferred Language column in the volunteer list.
Click X to exit the filter options and view the filtered volunteer list.
Filter Volunteer Lists for Your Opportunity
To filter an opportunity’s volunteer list by preferred language:
If you are in more than one organization, make sure you are in the right one.
From the navigation menu, click Opportunities.
From the opportunity list, select an opportunity.
In the opportunity menu, click People, and then click Volunteers.
On the Volunteers page, click the filter icon
.Click General Opportunity Filters.
Click Preferred Language.
Select Preferred language is or Preferred language is not to include or exclude a preferred language from the volunteer list. You can select individual, multiple, or all languages.
Click Filter.
(Optional) Click Yes to show the Preferred Language column in the volunteer list.
Click X to exit the filter options and view the filtered volunteer list.
