Archive Automations

Updated this week

If you’re done with an automation, or you won’t need it again for a long time, archive it. For example, you can archive an automation for an event that’s over. Archiving also helps declutter your Automations list.

You can archive automations that are running or paused. After you archive an automation:

  • Constituents within the automation immediately exit, which means they leave the automation without completing the remaining steps.

  • Constituents no longer enter the automation.

  • The automation appears in the Archived list. You can see who archived it and when.

  • You still have access to analytics (constituent counts) for this automation.

  • You can’t edit or republish the automation.

Tip: To edit an automation, pause it instead of archiving it.
