You can permanently delete draft automations. You can’t delete running, archived, or paused automations.
To permanently delete a draft automation:
Click Communications.
Click Journey Automation.
In the Automations list, click the automation.
Tip: If you have many automations, click the Draft filter to view only draft automations.(Optional) If the automation includes an email action, and you want to delete the email message:
In the email action, click the three vertical dots and select Delete.
Select Delete Email.
Click Confirm and Delete Action. The email message no longer appears in the Communications > Email list.
Click Action.
Select Delete.
To confirm, click Delete again.
