You can manage your own account in Bloomerang CRM. For example, you can change your email address, password, and other account information.
If you’re an admin user, you can also create and manage Bloomerang accounts for others in your organization.
New Users: Log In for the First Time
To create your password and log in for the first time:
Open the Welcome to Bloomerang email that you received from
[email protected].Click the link to create a password.
Note: If the link is expired, contact your administrator for assistance.Enter a password that includes eight characters or more.
Click Create password. Bloomerang CRM creates your password and opens the login page.
Enter your username and password.
Click Log In.
Note: Bloomerang uses single sign-on to simplify the login process. When you log in to one Bloomerang application and then log in to a different one, you can choose to link your accounts between the two apps. If you do this, you do not need to log in again when you switch between those apps in the future.
Change Your Password
If you know your password but want to change it, follow the steps in this section. If you forgot your password, see the next section on this page.
To change your password:
Click your profile icon

Note: Your profile icon shows the first letter of the account name, not your username.Select My Profile.
Click Actions.
Select Change Password.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Click Save. The Log In page opens.
Log in with your new password.
Reset Your Forgotten Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it.
To reset your password:
Click Forgot password?
Enter your username.
Click Send Email. Bloomerang CRM sends you an email message from
[email protected]. The subject of the email message is "Reset your Bloomerang password."In the email message from Bloomerang, click the link. The link expires after 24 hours.
Enter a new password.
Enter your password again to confirm it.
Click Reset password.
Log in to your account with your username and new password.
Tip: If you don’t see this email message in your inbox, check your spam folder. You can also click Resend Email to have Bloomerang CRM resend the password reset email to your email address.
Change Your Email Address
To change your email address:
Click your profile icon

Click Actions.
Select Change Email Address.
Enter the new email address.
Click Send Email. Bloomerang CRM sends you an email message from
[email protected]. The subject of the email message is "Verify your Bloomerang email address."In the email message from Bloomerang CRM, click the link. Bloomerang CRM logs you in to your account.
Open the email and click the link to validate your new email address. If you don’t validate your email address, Bloomerang CRM continues to use your old email address.
Tip: If you don’t see this email message in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Change Other Account Information
You can also change your account name, time zone, and phone number.
Click your profile icon

Enter your Name.
Enter your Phone Number.
Select a Time Zone.
Click Save.
