You can delete any group that your organization created. Constituents who were members of the group remain in Bloomerang CRM. You can’t delete groups that Bloomerang CRM created automatically. The Bloomerang icon identifies groups that Bloomerang CRM created.
Keep in mind that the group you plan to delete might be referenced in reports, letters, emails, automations, and mappings for third-party email integrations. For example, one of your reports might include a Groups filter. In some cases, you must remove these references before you can delete the group. When you select to delete the group, Bloomerang CRM shows you links to these references.
To delete a group:
Click Groups.
Click Action > Delete.
To permanently delete the group, click Delete.
If an Unable to Delete Group message appears:
Click a link to open the reference in a new browser tab.
Remove the reference to that group.
Repeat these steps for every reference in the list.
After you remove the last reference, in the Unable to Delete Group message, click Try Again.
