Run Individual Letters

When you add or edit a transaction, you can select an acknowledgement letter from your existing letter templates and assign it to that transaction. You can generate the assigned letter when you save the transaction. You can then download and print the letter.

To generate an acknowledgement letter:

  1. Add or go to a transaction.

  2. In the Has This Donation Been Acknowledged section, select No or Yes.

  3. In the Send an Acknowledgment Now section, select Letter.

  4. Select a letter.

  5. Select the Generate Letter on Save option.

  6. Click Save.

  7. To download the letter PDF, click Download Letter.

After the letter has been generated, Bloomerang CRM creates an interaction on the constituent's timeline and the transaction is marked as Acknowledged.
