After you set up Bloomerang Payments, you can:
Update your account (your administrator's legal information and your organization’s business information)
Reset your Bloomerang Payments account password
Transfer account ownership
Deactivate Bloomerang Payments
Do these steps apply to me?
When you click Payments and then Payments Home, if you see the Payment Settings tab, follow the steps in this article.
When you click Payments and then Payments Home, if you see the Settings tab, follow the steps in Manage Your Bloomerang Payments Account.
Update Your Bloomerang Payments Account
To update your Bloomerang Payments account:
Click Settings.
Click Payments Home.
On the Payment Settings tab, in the Bloomerang Payments section, click Settings. A Stripe Express page appears. Stripe texts a verification code to the mobile number on your Stripe account.
Enter the verification code that Stripe texted to you.
Make changes to your account. For help with Stripe settings, view Stripe Help & Support.
Reset Your Bloomerang Payments Password
To reset your Bloomerang Payments password, contact Stripe.
Transfer Account Ownership
To transfer account ownership while the current account owner is with your organization:
Log in to your Stripe account.
Click Settings.
Next to Change Account Representative, click Choose.
Do one of the following:
Select a person.
Click Add Someone New.
If you lose access to Bloomerang Payments because your organization’s account administrator left before you could transfer the account ownership, Stripe can help you transfer account ownership.
