How Can Constituents Update Their Own Email Address?

Constituents can update their primary email address without contacting your organization.

To change their email address, constituents follow these steps:

  1. Open an email from your organization.

  2. Click Manage Email Preferences at the end of the message.

  3. To update this email address, click Use a Different Email Address Instead.

  4. Enter the new email address.

  5. Click Save Preferences. The primary email address for this account is now updated.

Tip: Your organization can also update the primary email address and other email addresses for a constituent.
