Within your Organization, an Opportunity could have one of three states: Live, Upcoming, and Past.
On your organization Dashboard, you can click the Live Opportunities, Upcoming Opportunities, or Past Opportunities tiles. When you do, Bloomerang Volunteer opens a filtered view of the Opportunities list showing only the opportunities with the status you choose.
Upcoming Opportunity
Before the schedule or program starts.
The Opportunity isn't live and will become live when it is within the date and time range that has been set for the Opportunity.
Live Opportunity
The Opportunity, schedule, or program is happening in real-time and is within the date and time range that has been set for the Opportunity.
The Opportunity should be populated with lots of data such as volunteers, schedules, shifts, etc.
Past Opportunity
After the Opportunity, schedule, or program has finished.
You are able to access to reports and analyze the data collected during the opportunity, including hours worked and attendance history.
