Confirm the Preferred Languages of Volunteers

Confirm your volunteers' preferred languages in Bloomerang Volunteer.

To confirm an individual volunteer’s preferred language:

  1. Open the volunteer’s profile:

    • To open the volunteer’s organization profile, click Volunteers from the side navigation menu.

    • To open the volunteer’s opportunity profile, click Opportunities, select an opportunity, and click Volunteer List .

  2. Select a volunteer’s name to open their profile.

  3. In the navigation menu of the volunteer profile, click Profile Details.

  4. View the volunteer’s preferred language in the Profile Information section.
