On the Volunteers page, you can find volunteers based on when they joined your organization. You might filter volunteers this way so you can welcome new recruits, measure recruitment, or follow up.
Date Joined Organization Options
The Date Joined Organization filter offers several ways to find a volunteer’s join date:
Is On. Volunteers who joined on a specific calendar date.
Is Before. Volunteers who joined before a specific calendar date. You can also set a time of day.
Is After. Volunteers who joined after a specific calendar date. You can also set a time of day.
Is Between. Volunteers who joined between two specific calendar dates. You can also set a time of day for each date.
Is Not Between. Volunteers who joined outside a range of two specific calendar dates. You can also set a time of day for each date.
Is Currently. Volunteers who joined within the current period you choose: today, this week, this month, or this year.
In the Last. Volunteers who joined within the last number of days, weeks, months, or years you enter.
Matches. Volunteers whose join date matches a year, a month, or a day you choose. You can set any one of these or a combination; none is required.
Between Matches. Volunteers whose join date is between a starting and an ending year, month, or day you choose. You can set any one of these or a combination for each date; none is required.
Note: Is On and Is Between require a full calendar date. For Matches and Between Matches, you can choose the year, month, or day you care about, or a combination of the three, and no single option is required.
Filter Volunteers by Organization Join Date
To filter the Volunteers list by join date:
If you are in more than one organization, make sure you are in the right one.
From the navigation menu, click People, and then click Volunteers.
On the Volunteers list, click Filters.
Click the General Organization category.
Click Date Joined Organization.
Select an option, such as In the Last or Is On.
Enter or select the dates or values the option requires.
Click Add Filter.
