What can I filter by on the Organization Volunteer List?

A wide range of filters is available to managers on the organization-level Volunteers list. The filters are grouped into these categories:

  • General Organization

  • Opportunity

  • Schedule

  • Hours Worked

  • Contributions

  • Tags

  • Availability

  • Template Form & Profile Fields

  • Custom Form & Profile Fields

  • Qualifications

  • Bloomerang CRM

Filter categories in the organization-level Volunteers list.

Managers can combine multiple filters to narrow to a specific subset of volunteers. You can choose how filters combine in two places:

  • Within a filter that has multiple options. Use the Condition control to match Any of these (OR) or All of these (AND).

  • Across multiple filters. Click the connector tag between two filters to switch between And and Or, and in any combination when you have three or more filters.
