Save the filters, columns, and column sort orders you set on the Volunteers list as a custom view, so you can return to a setup later without building it again.
The System Default Views folder includes several pre-made and common views, such as Top Contributors and Unclaimed Accounts. You can use these and create additional custom views.
For example, a membership coordinator can save one view for active volunteers with upcoming shifts and another for volunteers who joined this year, then switch between them in a couple of clicks.
You can also perform the following tasks with views:
Bookmark a view for quick access from the Volunteers list.
Group and organize views into folders.
Set a default view that appears automatically when you open the Volunteers page.
Export a custom view after creating one.
Note: Views are specific to the organization-level Volunteers list.
