Customize Columns on the Volunteer List

Full Organization Managers can customize the columns that are shown on the Volunteer List.

Note: The Profile column cannot be removed.

To customize columns on the Volunteers page:

  1. If you are in more than one organization, make sure you are in the right one.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • For the organization volunteer list, click People from the side menu, and then click Volunteers.

    • For an opportunity-specific volunteer list:

      1. Click Opportunities.

      2. Select an opportunity, or use the search box to find and select an opportunity.

      3. In the opportunity menu, click People, and then click Volunteers.

  3. On the Volunteers page, click Show/Hide Columns Columns icon..

  4. On the Show/Hide Columns page, select the columns that you would like to show. You can also search for columns by using the search box.

  5. Click Apply to save your changes.

Tip: On the Show/Hide Columns page, columns are grouped into categories. To select or clear all columns in a category, select the checkbox in the category header.
