Note: If a consumer believes their credit card information has been used fraudulently, they can file a dispute, which may result in a $15 chargeback fee for your organization. This fee comes from your merchant processor, not from Bloomerang. You can read more about chargebacks here.

The processing fee is the total fee charged for merchant processing fees and Bloomerang Fundraising’s processing when a transaction is made through a form. Processing fee = merchant processing fee + Bloomerang processing fee.
What is Bloomerang Payments?
Bloomerang Payments is the payment processor built into Bloomerang Fundraising. Bloomerang Payments uses Stripe, which is trusted by thousands of businesses to accept payments online. After setup and approval, you’re ready to process transactions and get paid.
What is the Bloomerang Fundraising monthly or quarterly fee?
The ongoing cost to your organization to use Bloomerang Fundraising services paid on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Don’t forget, if you’re a system admin, you can add or remove fundraising packages whenever you need them in your Bloomerang Fundraising account.
