Please note: If a consumer believes their credit card information has been used fraudulently, they can file a dispute, which may result in a $15 chargeback fee for your organization. This fee comes from your merchant processor, not from Bloomerang. You can read more about chargebacks here.

What is the processing fee?
The processing fee is the total fee charged for merchant processing fees and Bloomerang Fundraising’s processing when a transaction is made through a form. Processing fee = merchant processing fee + Bloomerang processing fee.
What is Worldpay?
Bloomerang works with credit card processing services on behalf of your organization. The merchant processing fee is a percentage of the total donation plus a flat dollar amount per donation. For example, Bloomerang works with a merchant processor called Worldpay that charges 2% + $0.30 per transaction. If you do not use our preferred merchant processor, Worldpay, you’ll still need to pay your merchant fees directly to your payment processor and will only be charged the Bloomerang fee.
What is the Bloomerang Fundraising monthly or quarterly fee?
The ongoing cost to your organization to use Bloomerang Fundraising services paid on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Don’t forget, if you’re a system admin, you can add or remove fundraising packages whenever you need them in your Bloomerang Fundraising account. In the charts above, we’ve combined Bloomerang Fundraising’s processing fee and merchant processing fee, so you have a clear picture of the total fee you’re charged per transaction in the updated pricing structure.
