Customizing your auction event pages isn’t complete until you’ve added your own logo and images. In the Manage Items area, you can attach images to each of your auction, store, and fund-a-need items. In Event Builder, you can add a top banner image.
Each of the places where you can upload your own images requires slightly different file sizes and image file formats. For best results, stick to the maximum file sizes and types listed below.

Item Images and Sponsor Logos
Maximum size for image upload is 10MB
Minimum size is 200 pixels wide x 200 pixels high
Image file formats accepted are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, and .png
For best results, use .png files with a 16:9 aspect ratio, but any aspect ratio will be respected by the system
Givi Event Image
Maximum size for image upload is 10MB
Image file formats accepted are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, and .png
The ideal image dimensions are 1250 pixels wide x 750 pixels high
Event Banner Image
Maximum size for image upload is 10MB
Image file formats accepted are .jpg, .jpeg, .pjpeg, and .png
The ideal image dimensions are 1200 pixels wide x 465 pixels high
