Flexibility

Create unique user segments for your organization’s needs

The new permissions system has three built-in user roles with permissions that make sense to group together. You can clone these roles to customize them and create new ones, based on your users.

Customize individual users

If a user needs additional permissions that aren’t part of a pre-defined role, you can customize individual users to give them the access they need.

Granularity

Establish more granular permission settings

Settings are now more specific, allowing you to decide exactly what access each role or user needs. And if you want a user to have broad access, that’s still possible as well.

Security

Safeguard sensitive data by limiting access

Some users won’t need access to as many parts of your system as others. By creating specific roles, you can ensure that each user only sees what they need.
