Filter on Cumulative Giving

You can filter on a constituent's cumulative giving in Bloomerang CRM.

For example, you are looking for constituents who have given a total of $500 in revenue. It doesn't matter if the constituent gave one single gift of $500, or two gifts of $250, or five gifts of $100. As long as the constituent has given a total of $500, you would like to see them in the report. You can also use these reports to send letters and emails.

To do this, use the "The calculated" option under the Has Transactions filter.

To start this report:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click New Report.

  3. Click the Constituent - Transaction Starter (Start from Scratch) report. This report focuses on constituent transaction information.

  4. Click Start Report.

  1. Click the filter named Sum of Revenue Amount of All Transactions."Sum of Revenue Amount of All Transactions" filter

You can add more filters or edit this existing filter anytime. For example, if you want to look at cumulative giving to a specific fund, campaign, or appeal, click the existing filter and add these transaction filters.

Tip: To filter cumulative giving by household, click Constituent and select Household. The report will be filtered by combined giving of all members of a household. This doesn't affect constituents who aren't in a household.
