Requirements
To download the mobile app, make sure your mobile device meets these requirements:
Runs iOS (Apple iPhone and iPad) or Android
Region or country is set to the United States or Canada in your Apple Account or Google Play account. If the region is set to any other country, the app isn’t available to download.
Tip: When you buy an iOS device in the United States or Canada, the app store region is automatically set to that country.
After you install the app, you can use it anywhere you have an internet connection, including in countries other than the United States and Canada.
Download and Install the Mobile App
To download and install the Bloomerang CRM mobile app:
On your mobile device, open the Apple Store or the Google Play store.
Search for Bloomerang CRM.
To install the app, tap it.
To log in for the first time, tap Open and follow the instructions in the next section on this page.
Log in to the Mobile App
To log in, your device must have an active cellular or wi-fi connection.
To log in to the mobile app:
On your mobile device, tap the Bloomerang CRM mobile app to open it.
Enter your username and password. This is the same username and password you use for the Bloomerang CRM web application.
Tap Log In.
If asked, allow the app to access your location and use Bluetooth. You must allow the app to use Location and Bluetooth services to process payments with Tap to Pay or a Stripe card reader. You can later change whether you allow these services. In the Bloomerang CRM app, tap More and then tap Device Settings.
Tip: If asked, allow facial recognition, such as Face ID, to sign in faster. Facial recognition uses your device’s camera to confirm your identity and log you in with the password you previously entered.
Update the Mobile App
We recommend that you automatically update the Bloomerang CRM mobile app so you get all the latest features and enhancements. By default, apps on iOS and Android devices update automatically unless you turn off automatic updates in your device settings.
