Bloomerang CRM Mobile App | View Analytics and Monitor Fundraising Activity

Get key high-level metrics on your mobile device.

At events, use the mobile app to monitor real-time fundraising activity. You’ll see a list of the most recent donations, pledges, recurring donations, memberships, and payments.

View Analytics

To view analytics:

  1. Open the Bloomerang CRM mobile app.

  2. On the Summary page, view the following:

    • Amount Raised — Total amount, average amount, and number of donations raised this week, this month, and this year
      ​

    • Donor Retention — Number and percent of donors retained, show on a wheel graph

    • Campaign Progress — Progress bar that shows the percent completed for each campaign

Monitor Fundraising Activity

To monitor fundraising activity:

  1. Open the Bloomerang CRM mobile app.

  2. Tap Activity.

  3. To refresh the list, pull down the page.

  4. To see the details for a donation, pledge payment, or recurring donation payment, tap that item.
    ​Note: To see details for a pledge schedule, recurring donation schedule, membership schedule, membership payment, refund, or split payment, use the Bloomerang CRM web app. If you tap one of these items in the mobile app, a Not Yet Available message appears.
