Giving Level
Certain groups include giving level information on their Group Details page. These include:
Current
Lapsed
Recurring
Retained
Recaptured
New
Hover over a segment of the giving level graph to see how many constituents are at that giving level.

Revenue and Transaction Summary
At the top of the Group Details page, view the revenue and transaction summary.
This summary includes:
Average Revenue Transaction: Average dollar amount of revenue transactions
Fiscal Year Revenue: Total dollar amount of revenue transactions for the current fiscal year, based on the fiscal year setting in Bloomerang CRM
Lifetime Revenue: Total dollar amount of revenue transactions
Total Transactions: Total number of revenue transactions and soft credits on one-time donations
The summary data is based on qualifying transactions. Qualifying transactions are revenue transactions and soft credits on one-time donations.
Revenue transactions are:
Single donations
Pledge payments
Recurring payments
Membership payments
For pledges, recurring donations, and memberships, only the payments count as revenue transactions. The schedules do not count as revenue transactions. Soft credits linked to pledge schedules, recurring schedules, and membership schedules do not count as revenue transactions.
Soft credits on one-time donations are included in the transaction totals on this page, but not in the revenue totals.
To see the latest revenue and transaction summary data, reload the page. If you add or delete group members, this data updates after you reload the page.
Households in the Revenue and Transaction Summary
Keep in mind that the revenue and transaction summary includes all household members.
For example, Chris and Pat Smith are a household. Chris is the only member of a group. Chris makes a one-time donation of $10, and Pat makes a one-time donation of $5. For this example group, the revenue and transaction summary is:
Total Transaction: 2
Lifetime Revenue: $15
Average Revenue Transaction: $8 ($7.50 rounded to the nearest dollar)
Month Over Month Giving
See how giving changes over time with the Month Over Month Giving chart.
This line chart begins with the month that your fiscal year begins. Each point on the chart represents total revenue transactions for one month. Soft credits on transactions are excluded.
The chart includes monthly data for three years: the current fiscal year and the two years before that. To compare monthly data for each year, hover over a point on the chart. Data for the current month becomes available after the end of the month.
The Month Over Month Giving chart updates as follows:
When you create a new group, the chart populates immediately. After that, Bloomerang CRM automatically updates the chart once a day.
When you modify an existing group, the chart does not update immediately. Bloomerang CRM automatically updates the chart once a day.
Monthly data includes transactions for the entire month, even if your fiscal year starts mid-month.
Demographics
Understand donor demographics with these graphs:
Gender Breakdown: Circle graph that shows the number of group members in each gender category (female, male, other, unknown)
Age Breakdown: Bar graph that shows the number of group members in each age range (under 20, 20–29, 30–44, 45–64, 65 or older, and unknown)
Group members without gender or age information appear as Unknown. These demographics do not include group members who are deceased.
