Why can’t I upload an image or access the file manager in an email?

When third-party cookies are disabled, the file manager doesn’t load. This means that nothing happens when you:

  • Insert an image block and then click Browse, or

  • Click an existing image, and then click Change Image or Apply Effects and More.

To upload images and files into the file manager, enable third party cookies. For instructions, see the documentation for your web browser:
