Refund Aplos-Linked Transaction
Refund a transaction linked to Aplos as you would any other transaction:
Open the transaction.
Click Refund.
Type a reason for the refund and click OK.
Click Save.
Bloomerang CRM creates a refund transaction, and Aplos creates a refund contribution. Both the original and refund transactions are linked to their corresponding Aplos contribution.
Sync Older Transactions
Bloomerang CRM transactions recorded before you integrated with Aplos are not automatically added to Aplos. To add them, you can contact Support to request a data service. Or you may add these transactions manually:
Create a transaction report.
Set the filters to include the transactions you need.
Use the Date filter to include transactions whose date is before the Aplos integration setup.
Run the report.
Right-click each row and click Open Link in New Tab to open the transaction.
Click Send to Aplos.
