Bounce lists show people who met the message’s send criteria but did not receive the message because they unsubscribed. You can confirm bounces on your sent messages in several places within Bloomerang Volunteer.
View Bounces and Bounces Rates from the Email Communications Page
From the Email Communications page:
Do one of the following:
To view an organization’s email history, click Email Communications from the side navigation.
To view an opportunity’s email history, click Opportunities from the side navigation, select an opportunity, and click Email Communications
.
Click Sent History. The Bounced and Bounce Rate columns on this page show bounce information for messages at a glance.
To view more details of a message, click Details, or click anywhere in the row for that message.
On the Sent Message Details page:
Click Details from the side navigation to view bounces and bounce rates.
Click Bounces from the side navigation to view names and email addresses for the recipients with bounced messages.
View Bounces and Bounce Rates from Reports
For a high-level view of bounces, view and download Sent Email Communications reports on the organization level or the opportunity level.
Organizations and opportunities have two types of Sent Email Communications reports:
Mid-level reports. Shows the delivery and bounce rates for all messages.
Deep-level logs. Shows message details and delivery statuses for each individual recipient.
