What are Personalization Fields?

Personalization fields are placeholders that dynamically add data from your mailing list into emails. Use personalization fields to customize emails with information such as volunteer name, email address, organization name, opportunity name, and other options.

For example, if you send an email that contains the First Name field, each volunteer who gets the email will see their own first name in that spot.
