Why Was My Account Locked?
Your Bloomerang Volunteer account locks after five unsuccessful login attempts.
Your account will be automatically unlocked after 15 minutes.
To avoid being locked out of your account, click Forgot password? after a few unsuccessful login attempts, before you receive the account lockout message.
Note: If the organization manager enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), managers must complete a second verification step to log in. The manager’s account will be locked after six unsuccessful verification attempts.
How Do I Unlock My Account?
If you need to unlock your account before the 15 minute waiting period, email [email protected]. In your email, include the email address that you use to sign into Bloomerang Volunteer.
