How Do I Reset My Password?

If you forget the password for your Bloomerang Volunteer account, you can reset it, or contact an organization manager to send you a reset link.

Note: If you have both an administrator and a volunteer account, your credentials are the same for both views.

If you follow the steps below and still can’t reset your password, contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your Bloomerang Volunteer account. Our Support team can set a temporary password for you.

Reset Your Password (Volunteers)

To reset your password:

  1. Go to volunteer.bloomerang.co.

  2. Enter the email address for your account.

  3. Click Next.

  4. On the password screen, click Forgot password?

  5. Enter the email address for your account.

  6. Click Send Email.
    ​Bloomerang Volunteer sends a password reset email to the email address you entered.

    Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you don’t get an email, or your password reset link expires, you can click Resend Email to get another password reset link.

  7. Open the email from Bloomerang Volunteer and click the password reset link.
    ​

    ​Note: If you requested more than one password reset email, click the link in the most recent email you received.

  8. Enter and confirm a new password for your account.

    ​Important: Passwords must contain at least eight characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of these special characters:
    ! # $ % & ' " * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~

9. Click Reset Password.

10. Log in to your account with your new password.

Reset Your Password (Administrators)

To reset your password:

  1. Go to volunteer.bloomerang.co.

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email address for your account.

  4. Click Send Email.
    ​Bloomerang Volunteer sends a password reset email to the email address you entered.

  5. Open the email from Bloomerang Volunteer and click the password reset link.

7. Click Reset Password.

8. Log in to your account with your new password.

Request a Password Set or Reset Request from an Organization Manager

Organization managers can email you a link to create or reset your password. Contact an organization manager and request a link, then follow the steps in the email to reset it.

To reset your password using link from an organization manager:

  1. Open the email from Bloomerang Volunteer.

  2. Click Reset Password.

  3. Enter and confirm your new password.

  4. Click Reset Password.

​​Important: Passwords must contain at least eight characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of these special characters:

After you reset your password, you receive an email confirming the update.
