The navigation bar helps you navigate your Bloomerang Volunteer account, access helpful resources, and track your notifications. You can also access Bloomerang CRM and Bloomerang Fundraising (formerly Qgiv) from the navigation bar.
Bloomerang Logo
To help you track which Bloomerang app you’re in, the navigation bar shows the logo for the app you’re currently using. In Bloomerang Volunteer, the navigation bar shows the Bloomerang Volunteer logo.
Your Giving Platform Menu
The Your Giving Platform menu gives you one place to manage your platform settings, stay current on product news, and find resources and policies. To open it, click Your Giving Platform
in the navigation bar.
From this menu, you can select any of these options:
Platform Settings: Manage how Bloomerang Volunteer connects and syncs with the rest of the Bloomerang Giving Platform. To learn more, read About Bloomerang Giving Platform Settings.
Product Updates: Read recent and past updates to the Bloomerang Giving Platform in our changelog.
Feature Suggestions: Submit and track your ideas for how we can improve the Bloomerang Giving Platform, or vote on suggestions made by other Bloomerang users.
Mobile Apps: Find and download the Bloomerang mobile apps.
Refer a Friend: Refer a friend or colleague to Bloomerang through our referral program.
System Status: View the current status of the Bloomerang Giving Platform.
API Documentation: Read technical documentation for the Bloomerang API.
Terms and Conditions: Read Bloomerang’s terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy: Read the Bloomerang privacy policy.
Notifications Menu
Notifications communicate important information to you. You get notifications for all organization, opportunity, and shift notifications you are subscribed to.
To open the notifications list, click the Notifications icon
. A red dot appears on the icon when there are notifications.
After you click the icon, a notification menu appears that shows the total number of notifications. The most recent notifications appear first.
To clear a specific notification, click X
on that notification. To clear all notifications, click Clear All.
Help Menu
For help, click the Help icon
and choose an option:
Help Center: Read online help articles and documentation about using Bloomerang Volunteer.
Bloomerang Learning: Complete on-demand educational learning paths and self-paced courses about using the Bloomerang Giving Platform.
Contact Support: Submit and track your support requests in the help center. A Support agent will respond to your inquiry by email as soon as possible during business hours. You can also email us directly at [email protected].
Platform Tour: Learn the basic layout of Bloomerang Volunteer, where to get help, and how to navigate the system.
Profile Menu
The profile menu allows you to:
View or edit your profile. Your profile contains your profile details, profile contact, and address.
Select a supported language for Bloomerang Volunteer’s interface.
Switch to the volunteer view of Bloomerang Volunteer. Switching to the volunteer view allows you to see what a volunteer sees in their Bloomerang Volunteer account.
Log out. To log out of Bloomerang Volunteer, click your profile icon
and then click Log Out.
App Switcher
To go to other Bloomerang applications directly from Bloomerang Volunteer, click the Apps
icon, and then select Bloomerang CRM or Bloomerang Fundraising.
