Administrators can switch between the manager view and the volunteer view within Bloomerang Volunteer. This helps you to understand what volunteers see in their Bloomerang Volunteer experience.
You can switch to the volunteer view whether or not you are logged in to Bloomerang Volunteer.
Switch Views when Logged Out
To switch to the volunteer view before logging in to Bloomerang Volunteer:
Open the admin login page.
Click Switch to Volunteer View.
Enter your email address.
Click Next.
Enter your account password.
Click Log in.
If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled for your organization, complete the 2FA step.
The volunteer view opens. To confirm you are on the volunteer view, look for a welcome message for volunteers on the home page.
Switch Views when Logged In
To switch to the volunteer view while logged in to Bloomerang Volunteer:
From any page, click your profile icon

Note: Your profile icon shows the first letter of the name on your account.
From the menu, click Switch to Volunteer View.
The volunteer view opens. To confirm you are on the volunteer view, look for a welcome message for volunteers on the home page.
