How Do I Tell if I Already Have an Account?

To confirm if you already have a Bloomerang Volunteer account:

  1. Open the public page for your organization or opportunity.

  2. Click the signup button.

    ​Note: You can also go to volunteer.bloomerang.co to confirm if you have a Bloomerang Volunteer account.

  3. Enter your email address.
    ​
    ​Tip: Enter the email address you think you would have used as your username on the page for the organization or opportunity you’re signing up for.

  4. Click Next.

  5. If you have an account with the email address you entered, Bloomerang Volunteer prompts you to enter your password.

    ​Tip: If you forget your password, you can reset it.

  6. If you do not have an account with the email address you entered, Bloomerang Volunteer prompts you to sign up with additional information.

    Create an Account page with all the information new users must fill out.
