Manage Columns on the Volunteer List

Bloomerang Volunteer

On the Volunteers page, you can customize which columns appear, reorder them, pin them, hide them, and expand the content of every row. Your column choices stay the same as you move through the pages of your volunteer list.

Note: The controls in this article apply to the organization-level Volunteers page only. On other pages that use the list view, use the steps in Using List View.

Before You Begin

Full Organization Managers can manage columns on the Volunteers page. Read-Only Full Organization Managers can select and rearrange columns but cannot save other changes.

Show or Hide Columns

You choose which columns appear on the Volunteers page from the Show/Hide Columns panel. The panel lists all available columns, grouped into categories such as General Organization, Opportunity, Schedule, and Hours Worked. Each category shows how many of its columns are selected.

To show or hide columns on the Volunteers page:

  1. If you are in more than one organization, make sure you are in the right one.

  2. In the side navigation menu, click People, and then click Volunteers.

  3. On the Volunteers page, click Columns.
