You can manually remove constituents who are currently within an automation. If these constituents later qualify for this automation again, they can re-enter it.
To remove constituents from an automation:
Click Communications.
Click Journey Automation.
Click the automation to view the constituent counts.
Click Within.
On the Constituents Within page, click Remove Constituent
.(Optional) Enter why you’re removing this constituent.
Click Remove. The constituent exits the automation, and the Within and Exited counts update.
