For example, instead of navigating to separate pages to review duplicate records and clean up inconsistent name formatting, you can act on both tasks from the Data Tools tab.

Why Use the Data Health Hub?
The Data Health Hub helps you to:
Find and resolve duplicate constituent records from a single view.
Understand the consequences of a merge before you commit to it.
Review and fix inconsistent formatting in constituent names across your database.
When you use the Data Health Hub, you:
Spend less time on data cleanup. Act on duplicates and name formatting issues our Data Health Agent has already reviewed.
Avoid unintended data loss. See what information a constituent merge will keep, combine, or remove before you confirm it.
Keep your database consistent. Catch formatting issues that can affect mailings, reports, and personalization.
How Does It Work?
After your organization gets access to the Data Health Hub, Bloomerang CRM completes an initial scan of your existing constituent data to find potential issues for review.
Note: If you recently gained access to the Data Health Hub and don't see any issues yet, the initial scan might still be in progress. Expect results within a few days of getting access.
When you open the Data Health Hub, category tiles show the types of issues Bloomerang CRM has found:
Duplicate Constituents: Potential duplicate constituent pairs identified through system scans. For more information, read Review and Resolve Duplicates in the Data Health Hub.
Name Formatting: Constituent names that might be formatted inconsistently. For more information, read Fix Name Formatting Issues in the Data Health Hub.
To show you these data optimizing opportunities, our Data Health Agent:
Uses expanded matching rules to search for potential constituent duplicates more thoroughly.
Reviews flagged items proactively so that you do less manual work.
When Bloomerang CRM is confident that two records are a match or that a constituent has a formatting error, the Data Health Hub includes an explanation and its confidence rating, so you can make decisions with more context.
After the initial data scan, to keep the Data Health Hub up to date, Bloomerang CRM:
Populates high-confidence constituent matches and suggests formatting corrections in real time
Scans weekly for lower-confidence matches
