The Opportunity Dashboard shows your opportunity’s volunteer activity, shifts filled, hours logged, and more so that you can make more informed decisions.
View the Opportunity Dashboard
Each opportunity in Bloomerang Volunteer has an Opportunity Dashboard page. Visit Opportunity Dashboard to get quick, high-level insights for your opportunity including:
Signup status
Key metrics
Signup links
Current volunteer workflow, based on the following key controls:
Recruitment & Setup
Scheduling
Communications & Mobile App
Attendance & Hours
To view the dashboard page for an opportunity:
If you are in more than one organization, make sure you are in the right one.
From the organization dashboard, click Opportunities.
Select an opportunity, or use the search box to find and select an opportunity. The Dashboard page opens.
The controls in the Opportunity Summary section change color based on their configurations. Enabled controls generally appear green and have written labels that describe their current state.
Tip: To change or update a control from the opportunity dashboard, click Update Controls. Bloomerang Volunteer takes you to Controls in the opportunity navigation menu, where you can update opportunity details.
View the Opportunity Overview from the Organization Level
You can view a general overview of an opportunity from the organization dashboard.
From the organization dashboard, click Opportunities.
Find your opportunity and hover over it.
Click Actions, and then select View an overview of this Opportunity.
