Send Volunteers the Bloomerang Volunteer Login Page in Another Language

Bloomerang Volunteer is available in the following languages:

  • English

  • French

  • Dutch

  • German

  • Spanish

  • Italian

You can send volunteers the Bloomerang Volunteer login page in each of these languages.

Tip: To check what a volunteer’s preferred language is, go to their organization or opportunity profile.

To send volunteers the login page in one of the supported languages:

  1. Follow the steps for sending custom email messages.

  2. In the Send Message window, click Special Links.

  3. Hover over Log-ins, then select Volunteer - Login Page. The login page inserted into the body of the email is in English by default.

  4. To change the link to the login page in one of the other languages:

    1. Click the login link.

    2. A menu appears. Click Edit.

    3. At the end of the URL, copy and paste the string for the language you need:

      • French: ?ui_locales=fr

      • Dutch: ?ui_locales=nl

      • German: ?ui_locales=de

      • Spanish: ?ui_locales=es

      • Italian: ?ui_locales=it

      • English: ?ui_locales=en

    4. Next to the edited URL, click Save.

  5. You can also replace the default link with the full link for the login page in another language:

  6. Finish customizing and sending the message as needed.

Tip: Save your email as a template for future reuse.
