When you have multiple forms in Bloomerang Fundraising, you have two tools that will allow you to manage the forms and access the form-specific controls.
Forms displays a list of your active forms. You can select one from the list to access that form's control panel.
Forms and Events (within the Fundraising menu) will display a tile-style view of all your forms with options for viewing the form, managing the form, cloning the form, or copying the form URL. You can activate or deactivate forms from this screen, as well as choose to show/hide inactive forms in your list.
You can pull transaction reports for all activity on all forms in the Reporting section.
