Can we turn off the opt-in statement on our donation form?

Yep! To remove the option from your public-facing form, navigate to Fields in the Form Settings area of your control panel.

On the System Fields tab, look for the Opted In field.

To turn the Opted In field off completely, just click the toggle so it displays as grey.
