Can Bloomerang offer live support during my auction?

Yes! Bloomerang offers both on-site and remote auction support for an additional fee.

On-Site Support

On-site support options are available with rates based on location, needs, and availability. Please reach out to the support team for more information.

Please note: On-site support must be booked at least 30 days in advance to accommodate requests.

Remote Support

Remote support provides a 5-hour window determined by your organization during which a member of the Bloomerang Fundraising Customer Experience team will be available to assist with your event via phone or text. During this time, the Bloomerang representative is dedicated to your specific event.

Please note: We prefer to schedule remote support at least 30 days in advance. There is an additional fee for requests with less than 30 days’ notice.
