My kiosk says it’s temporarily offline. What does that mean?

When your kiosk says it's temporarily offline, this means your kiosk can’t connect to your network. You have a few options:

  1. Move the device to an area where it can receive a stronger cellular signal,

  2. Connect your device to a secure WiFi network, or

  3. Reset your network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset (at bottom of screen) > Reset Network Settings.
