[Peer-to-Peer] Store Purchases

Please note: Attached to this article, you'll find a handy cheat sheet for the peer-to-peer Purchases report! It contains all filters, web-based columns, and standard download columns.

The Purchases section of your peer-to-peer control panel is where you can review transactions made through your store.

Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search by the Transaction ID, Purchaser, or Product.

Use the Advanced filters to filter your results only by ID, Name, Email, or Donated To.

You can download a CSV or Excel file of purchases using the download link above the search bar.

Please note: The download file will include any active search terms or filters. If you want to download a complete list of purchases, make sure the search bar is clear.

The Purchases table displays the purchase ID, the name of the purchaser, the product name, date of purchase, cost, entity the purchase was credited to, and shipping and tax, if applicable.

Click Edit at the right side of the table to make changes to a store purchase.

On the Edit Purchase screen, you can review the Purchase Details, Permissions, and Transaction Details.

Under Credited to, you can click Change to credit the purchase to a different entity.

If you select Team or Participant, you’ll see a search bar to search for the name of the entity.

Under Permissions, use the toggles to adjust the anonymity settings for the purchase. Here, you can enable or disable Show Purchase Amount and Show Purchaser Name. These settings control how the purchase is displayed in activity widgets on your peer-to-peer site.

Click Save Purchase to save any changes.
