Peer-to-Peer Badges Report

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you're awarding Badges as part of a peer-to-peer fundraising event you can now easily track the status of badges rewarded and revoked using the Badges Report. The Badges Report makes it easy for users to determine when and how badges were awarded or revoked.

To navigate to the Badges Report click the Reporting link on your organization-level control panel.

Then scroll down to the Peer-to-Peer Reports.

This opens the Badges Report.

You'll see a Search Bar and Advanced Filtering options as well as a table displaying awarded and revoked badge statuses.

Use the Search Bar to look for more specific information. You can search for a specific badge name or peer-to-peer participant for instance. The Search Bar can handle more complex searches such as multiple donor names separated by commas (Larry, Charles, Mary) or numbers in a range (like 1-5).

You can also specify special criteria for the badge information displayed using the Advanced Filtering and Range dropdown menus.

Range is where users specify a specific timeframe to view badge activity for. The Advanced Filtering dropdown menu gives users several options for narrowing down displayed results.

Once you've selected the filters, you choose the specific criteria within each filter. Your options appear once a filter is chosen.

When you make your selections, the table below will display only the results that match your filtering and range criteria.

When using Advanced Filters, you can easily reset the filters back to the default Badges Report view, or save your specific filtering criteria and range as a Custom Report you can run again if needed.

You can download the report as an Excel or .CSV file by clicking the download button at the top of the page and choosing the file type.
