The Thermometer Report for peer-to-peer events is designed to help you reconcile the amounts displayed in your event thermometers with the total transactions for the event.

Getting Started
To download a copy of the Thermometer Report, navigate to a peer-to-peer form, and look for the Download Thermometer Report button in the upper right corn of the form-level dashboard.
Hovering over the button will display options to download the report as a CSV or Excel file.
Note: The option to download the report will not appear unless both the organization and form are in Active status and the user has Reporting or Admin access.
Report Fields
The Thermometer Report includes many of the same fields you might see in other reports but adds four unique fields to help you determine if a transaction should be included in your thermometers and why or why not:
Included In Thermometer: Yes or No field that shows whether the line item was included in the event thermometer total
Included In Thermometer Reason: Text explaining why the amount was or was not included in the event thermometer total
Event Thermometer Setting: The event setting logic dictating why the amount was or was not included in the event thermometer total
Amount Included In Thermometer: The amount included in the thermometer (if any)
Individual amount fields are simplified into a single field that reflects the amount included in the thermometer.
