In a world of hybrid and online fundraising events, live streamed videos are more important than ever to help your attendees feel included and engaged. With the video widget, you can easily embed livestreams on any of your peer-to-peer or auction event pages.

To get started, locate the sharing link for your YouTube Live or Facebook Live video.

In Campaign Builder, select the page on which you want the livestream to appear.

Then, drag and drop the video widget into place.

In the widget settings, you can add an optional Widget Title. Then, select the Video Service, paste the share link to the livestream, and click Update.

The livestream is now embedded on your page. Just make sure you click Save Page before leaving the Event Builder.

This method works the same way for non-live videos, and when your livestream is over, the embedded video will automatically convert to a recording of your livestream.
