Create New Forms

Create new forms from scratch or by cloning in Bloomerang Fundraising

You can create a new donation, peer-to-peer, or auction form in two ways:

  • Create a new form — Start fresh with a new form. To help you raise more, this form uses the latest Bloomerang-recommended default settings.

  • Clone an existing form — Save time by cloning a form you already set up. For example, clone a form for your annual gala or a complex peer-to-peer event with sponsors, teams, and tiered registrations. When you clone, you can choose which attributes to copy over.

After you set up a form with either method, you can edit and publish the form.

Requirements

To create a new form from scratch (without cloning):

  • You must be an account administrator. If you’re not an administrator, the Create New Form button doesn’t appear.

To clone a form:

  • You must be an account administrator and the existing form must be active. If you’re not an administrator, the Clone Form option doesn’t appear.

To create forms either from scratch or by cloning:

  • Auction forms: Your organization must have the Auction Package.

  • Peer-to-peer forms: Your organization must have the Peer-to-Peer Package.

Note: If your organization uses multiple merchant accounts for credit cards, or multiple merchant accounts for ACH, or you have unique fees per form, you can’t create new forms from scratch. However, you can clone forms.

Tip: If you’re an account administrator, you can update permission levels for other users to make them admins.
